Vada had no say as they wasn’t the ones that caught him which is why the wbc or Rivas team wasn’t notified.... vada notifies all parties involved when a fighter pops dirty under they protocols as they did when Ortiz popped dirty, pedvetkin, canelo, Saunders to name a few recent people that came up dirty under they testing.... That is not correct. Whyte as is his right did request for the "B" sample to be tested. Unfortunately the UKAD rules allow for up to 10 days for the fighter to make arrangements for himself or a witness to be present. No one is considering him clean. The investigation is ongoing including the results of the "B" sample.

So all VADA have to do is deny they provided evidence at the NADP hearing. They are not tied into the confidentiality as that confidentiality only exists between Whyte, UKAD and BBBoC.

Why would VADA be tied into the confidentiality if they weren't involved in providing evidence?
