Yes, he deserved it again by doing what no Welterweight in history did and there have been some awesome welters over the years. The WW division is stacked now also with talent it's one of the stronger divisions.
And you'd think the oldest ever WW would be a natural WW, not a friggin former flyweight!
Just give Pac the award now in fact, it's bloody ridiculous what Pac did. Pac s crazy sonnuvagun

Thomas Hauser said he thinks Pac was on the juice. He runs the BWAA. He can't get it this time around

The "article" which is more like an opinion piece, says Manny vs Thurman was expected to breach the 800k ppv mark.
Says Pacquiao was knocked out by a lucky hail mary punch and was hobbled by the shoulder injury vs Mayweather.

When you end the article with
Let us pray for a back to back "Fighter of the Decade Award" for our 'Pambansang Kamao'.
You know that shit is super biased.

Well Pac has beaten many, great fighters in 2010 til now. Should Nelo get it for losing to GGG and beating him once, GGG is overated most say. Should beating khan get Nelo it?
SRR wouldn't beat Thurman at 40 so why are you sarcastically saying Thurman....nah? And if SRR could or woulda he hasn't got the evidence to prove it!
