Canelo has too much experience with elite fighters for this kid. Canelo doesnt need the KO to beat him.

They’re fanboys. Canelo is obviously the goods but he didn’t even stop Chavez jr... canelo usually stops C level opponents, he’s a better boxer than he is a destroyer. Bivol is too high a risk for too little a reward. Unfortunately he isn’t known amongst casual circles and therefore doesn’t draw. It would be a good scrap, I’d slightly favor bivol to outbox canelo, but his chin is untested.Comment

Definitely. Canelo is too scared to fight Bivol at 168 or 175. He wants easy pickings like Kovalev. The red headed coward should stick to fighting easy opponents at 160 like a trilogy with GGG and a rematch with Jacobs. He also should lobby for that other easy target, Derevyanchenko, who’s the mando for IBF. Lol these Canelo fans are funny defending Canelo ducking the top 5 light heavyweights. All one can do is just laugh at them as they scurry for excuses. “Oh bu bu but Nelo a MW doe...Bivol needs to stick to fighting guys his size doe”. Lol SCARED.Comment

They really need to stop matching canelo up with light heavyweights.
It’s unreasonable & shouldn’t be expected of canelo.
And what pisses me off is that if the canelo camp does take on a light heavy , they will enforce a catchweight AND a rehydration clause.
So what the fck is the point of the fight?
Has boxing really come down to this?
Where you can just literally create divisions and drain your opponent to try and cash in on a fvht?
There’s PLENTY of stiff comp at 160, and I’d much rather see canelo do that, than fight rocky fcking fielding at 168 for some bullsht “title”Comment
