These boxers need to be smarter. Silver tongue Hearn doesn't care about them.
Boxers need to surround themselves with a Good team that is looking out for their best interests , Obviously this wasn’t the case with Brook

It’s a rarity in the sport , Most are piranhas looking for any leftover meat the promoter left behind.

Not really Kell shouldn't have taken the GGG fight and he wasted his time chasing chicken khan just like Khan Mayweather...he ruined his own careera.

It's a bit of both but he was unlucky in many ways.

          He won the title.
Then got stabbed in the leg in Tenerife.
Took a warm up comeback after that, understandable. JoJo Dan.
Took an 8 week turn around to stay active. Frankie Gavin. Weak, but he was trying to get into full fighting form for bigger fights.
Then the IBF forced a terrible mandatory on him. Kevin Bizier.

At this point i think he was starting to get frustrated. He wanted some big fights and big money.
Jumped into a somewhat foolish GGG fight after the Eubank Vs GGG fight fell through.
Win, lose or draw he was unlucky with the eye injury.

Then he get's back to serious business with Spence.
Again, win, lose or draw, he was performing pretty well and was unlucky to have a terrible injury.

Now he is at a stage were he is struggling with motivation, he has become somewhat irrelevant, not as big a name or draw, struggling to get a big fight or stay active.

I can see 1 more medium/big fight if he can land one and he may well walk away.

Kell Brook has honestly one of the worst resumes of a championship caliber fighter you'll ever see.

I don't know how long Eddie was promoting him for, but Brook fought a guy who had over 100 losses 3 times!

He was brought up too slowly. By the time he reached his peak (Porter fight). He had no more elite fights left in him.

He got pummeled by GGG and then got stopped again by Spence.
