Actually, he re-injured the shoulder that he hurt in sparring two weeks prior to the fight while Floyd was against the ropes in the 4th rd. That was before either fighter was making a clear impression on the outcome of the fight.

The fact that you need a slow motion footage to prove manny won, simply tells me that you wanted him to win so bad, hence when the normally footage couldn't prove your theory you had to find something as controversial as a slow-mo footage with the hazy blurry feel and what not

And we know the first fights were really controversial
If the controversy is real Floyd would give a rematch
if Floyd wasn't scared to give maidana a second fight after their first.....why would he be scared to give manny a second especially after winning the first easy
