Black Friday has absolutely nothing to do with being African American; it's an inventory clearing day for retailers to cash in before the holiday shopping season (that's warped into a whole other situation once folks turned the inventory dump into a shopping day).

-Holy Saturday (Saturday before Easter; March/April)

-4th of July weekend.

-MayDay (last Saturday of August in advance of Labor Day)

-Thanksgiving (odd date for PPV; pretty great date for a major fight on FOX/CBS/ABC)
