Its very strange, instead of encouraging a fighter for openly calling out and challenging the best, their saying he has to go to a different promoter/adviser for the fight to happen. Real boxing fans would be pushing for Haymon to open communications with Crawfords camp and start making fights.

I'm a huge Crawford fan but I hope he doesn't turn into the Tim Bradley of Top Rank. I'm sure Buds making great money and Bob is paying him well,, but Bud will be stuck fighting the thin roster of European Fighters that Bob has.
There needs to be solid offers on paper sent over to certain Fighters Crawford wants in the ring.. Put pressure on these Champs but they're all tied up at the moment.
Maybe offer the fight to Thurman give him another title shot that would be dope

If Haymon won't play ball, Arum should be pursuing a fight against Kell Brook. There is name recognition there. Having Jose Ramirez move up from light welter also makes sense, but Bob probably wants to wait to see if Ramirez can get a crack at the winner of Prograis-Taylor for undisputed.
