Tank has the potential to beat anybody his weight with his combination of speed power and skill. He has the best KO record of any boxer. He just needs to start fighting better guys every fight. He has a few very good wins and lots of wins over very easy guys like last night. What the hell is Mayweather waiting for? Put Tank in with the other 130 pound champs ffs.
