...great variety of punches from Ramirez... he also was intelligent and patient -- he invested to the body and, later, came back upstairs and finished the job...

Because they were basically prospects up until the point where Crawford had his last fight at 140. Are you trying to tell me Crawford fought tough competition at 140? The 4 guys that had titles going Into past nights fight would be favored over anyone Terrance fought at 140 IMO.

Matter of fact Indongo or whatever his name is was stopped by Prograis not long after Crawford whooped his azz. May even have been indongo next fight who knows.

Ramirez started fighting good competition about when Crawford became undisputed champion.

          Same for Hooker and Taylor...

Ramirez would be no different. Imo outside of the finalists in the WBSS. 140 lacks proven boxers with real skills which makes Ramirez looks better than he actually is.

Id be more intrigued with a Ramirez vs Garcia or Broner since he said he's stayin at 140 from now on
Lol ok. Floyd made real good fighters look like stiffs. Crawford, so far, has made stiffs look like what they are.

A left to the body in the 5th effectively ended the fight - Hooker had to protect his right side for a full minute, then conscious of the pressure to not give away rounds, stood and traded at the end to try get the round back (quite successfully) - but it took him away from maintaining range and into Ramirez's fight.

It is pretty clear that Prograis and Ramirez are top guys in division.
