This is 1 of the reasons I say these new fighters really lack the old skool fundamentals and skills.

They don't even know how to tie up when in trouble or to stop an assault. Smh.

As good as Jose is he just seems really beatable imo if you go into the fight with a game plan which would be to keep him on the back foot, counter him and tie him up once he starts his flurries. Once you take away his best assets everything else in between that is manageable.

Saucedo made Hooker look like a boxing genius. Barely beating Flanagan was a better indicator of his abilities. Ramirez is another level, 140 is a very dangerous place.

Great fight. Ref trouble stopping the action after the bell.

Ramirez I thought was regressing for awhile but out of nowhere he puts on a virtuoso performance and wins!

I picked Hooker by late TKO but man Ramirez impressed me!

                Ramirez showed everything!

Great head movement,Good jab, powerful combinations to top an bottom, great stamina, solid chin, relentless pressure and showed good unexpected footwork!

I pick Rougarou to easily beat Ramirez and knock him out but after tonite, this version Ramirez won’t no longer make so easy against Regis especially if he can improve off this solid win!

Great fight and great night of boxing with Gamboa KO and Tank thrashing his mandatory in Baltimore!
That Rougarou has not been tested yet. Ramirez will whoop his asz. Ramz has way more tools in his bags. Prograis is 30 years old already. Not sure if he can improve his game at this stage of his career.

The guy had freak stamina and threw over 1000 punches a fight. Do you even know who Paul Williams is?
Margarito was a bum fool. PW probably fought 2 fighters with real skills in his whole career. Those are Lara and Martinez. Lara beat his azz and got robbed and Martinez actually beat him twice as well and knocked him out cold for good measure. FOH.

PW and Hooker and very similar in the attributes I just listed.

Ramirez hasn't really been tested either. His record consists of a bunch of underachievers and unproven undefeated fighters like Imam. As far as age him and Regis are like 3 years apart not some huge gap where it matters both are in their prime.
