Boxing commissions don't test boxers in America

Who is going to shoulder the cost? The State ? LOL they have better priorities. Then who? the fighters? Promotions ? That eats into their pay.... Pick your poisonWhat an absolute waste of time that is. Thats far from random either. They may as well not bother. But then they hide the results anyway depending on the fighter.
The rest of the Boxing world could do with being a bit more corrupt cuz right now they cant compete against the level at which America is prepared to cheat and is the same reason American Boxers are so unwilling to fight overseas. They just lose some of that cheating edge.
So if any other nation starts to get a bit dodgy good on them. No point trying to be fair and waiting for America to stop cheating cuz it isnt going to happen.Comment

And what's the point of having a government if it can't regulate a section of its economy it benefits from via taxes?
This is basically why the US is the most corrupt country in the world. You can get away with anything if you're not caught in the act. The only language the US understands is the power of the dollar and it's also the nucleus of what the American dream is about.Comment

Is that all that they have to do? How about financing said testing? Should a undercard fighter have to pay for his own testing? I recently heard that the WBC only pays VADA fifty thousand dollars per year. That is peanuts compared to the total cost.
According to VADA president Dr. Margaret Goodman
“When you’re testing only at a fight, the fighter knows when they’re going to be tested,” Goodman said. “That’s part of the problem. That’s the problem the athletic commissions have, is they have only a finite exposure to the athlete when they have them on the premises.”
When fighters sign up for VADA testing, they don’t know what tests they’ll be subject to, when, or how many. They’re required to inform the organization of their whereabouts for each day during the eight-week testing period, and are given as little notice as possible before being asked to provide a blood or urine sample, according to Goodman.
Again, it’s exhaustive, but it’s also expensive. Goodman said the testing for each fight will cost “around $6,000,” though she declined to give an exact figure since it might give hints as to which tests the organization will conduct.
Very expensive Robbie. how about you start a "go fund me" for VADA testing!Comment

The US government funds USADA. Adding boxers to their random pool which is already in place for other athletes wouldn't cost that much more. It'll be like the CBP but mandatory for all US fighters. Is that all that they have to do? How about financing said testing? Should a undercard fighter have to pay for his own testing?
