I'll put it to you this way, who signs a partnership agreement and pays you a signing bonus? Is a signing bonus not a symbol of "I signed you to provide services?" I mean by definition do NBA players work for their team owners or themselves?Comment

Yup, EMPLOYEE. Learn the word and it's definition. Let's see the "BOSS" get out of this since he's the boss he should have no issue telling Hearn and DAZN exactly what to do right? Everyone is a boss in the public eye until ishhh hits the court room and suddenly reality sets in. Boss is who cuts the check, employee is who provides the services...last I checked Canelo nor Oscar is signing any checks for Hearn or DAZN Intl...but let me not stop you here.Fielding was #1, Jacobs was #2, the Derevyanchenko mandatory is #3, the Kovalev fight is angling to be the 4th fight, and you still have Andrade, Callum Smith, and possibly Jermall Charlo (as long as he's WBC champion).
Canelo owes DAZN 11 dates, and it's now seemingly clear that Canelo still picks his fights within reason.
DAZN wants the third Golovkin fight, Canelo owes them 11 fights, and Canelo can deliver 7 of those 11 fights without Golovkin, potentially.
Some employee, lolComment

Dude the same ones that were in here stating Golovkin was ducking Derev are now complaining that Derev doesn't deserve the shot...it's amazing the hypocrisy of these groupie fks.True. The original tweet that started the thread, turned out to be BS but the diva's devotees jumped on it.
Now we know the situation probably hasn't changed regarding DAZN signing off on Alvarez fighting Devy.
The thread was bs but reading the comments by fan boys praising their diva for ducking a fight was pretty funny.Comment

Saul Alvarez isn't fighting Golovkin this year, and things have allegedly gotten to the point that Oscar's side deal may end up with Alvarez buying out his Golden Boy contract and working with others (most viably under his own banner).Yup, EMPLOYEE. Keep ignoring that if you want.
Canelo won't fight Golovkin, with the way things are going, he's not going to spit Golovkin's way until he's got no other option.
Andrade next, Kovalev possibly after that, Callum Smith is in the wings, and Jermall Charlo may even get the chance to jump the line, lol.Comment

Buying out his contract still means currently he is an “employee contracted to provide service” he is currently injured or that the rumor with his knees. I’m glad you are celebrating him not fighting who most feel he got lucky to rob in the first fight and lucky he didn’t come into a draw in the second fight. Sad, you wouldn’t want him to either settle the debate with an unquestionable win...Sure let him fight a washed up Kovalev, an unproven Andrade and a Charlo who looks average as hell right about now. Amazing what fanboys will accept of the sport just because their dislike of one fighter is greater than their love for the sport. Let’s see him buy out of this contract though...Oscar isn’t as ****** as y’all make him out to be..so this should be fun to watch...I’ll get the popcorn ready.Saul Alvarez isn't fighting Golovkin this year, and things have allegedly gotten to the point that Oscar's side deal may end up with Alvarez buying out his Golden Boy contract and working with others (most viably under his own banner).

Canelo has been on points on the package (I believe he may be on a 80% of proceeds share) since following the Floyd fight, so miss me with that, lol.Buying out his contract still means currently he is an “employee contracted to provide service” he is currently injured or that the rumor with his knees. Canelo doesn't want to **** with Golovkin for the **** that he was talking, so Golovkin is just going to have to eat that.
If he wants to fight him, he can roll to wherever Canelo hangs out and try to get him to throw down there.
He's not seeing that $30m anytime soon though, lolComment
