This is dumb, but I see this as Arum making a play to get a belt since if Wilder and Ruiz both win their rematches, they could fight each other for undisputed and delay the Fury fight. Lord knows Fury isnt going to fight anyone decent until then

Fury could have fought him in 2013 for a mandatory spot for Wlad ,the fight would have happened sooner ,people forget. Pulev is better then anyone Fury is looking to fight and Pulev is almost as bad with getting easy fights to title shots. Ha
