After last night, Hatton will NOT take this fight. I hope he does, but I doubt it.

I hope now that Baldy will stop following champions and fighting in their hometown. Baldy vs. Hatton in the UK= ROBBERY. Note to Carlos: Baldy the ball is in your court fight in a neutral spot. Don't follow Ricky he doesn't deserve a championship fight in his hometown again.

baldy is too big for hatton. i dont think hatton would be able to go back to his earlier style and outbox baldy, he has rown too accustomed to bullying and that wont work with baldy.

Hatton would kill Baldy. Baldy isn't the caliber of fighter everyone thinks he is. He got lucky against Zab and he beat an old Gatti.

Not saying that Gatti is old age wise but I think he left everything in the ring after the Ward trilogy. He really hasn't been the same since.

Hatton would make Baldy look like a fool.

Hatton would have beaten Gatti in 5 rounds. That Gatti had no punch resistance.

IMO, career wise Baldomir should first target a fight with Hatton because he has the skills, confidence, and power to beat Ricky convincly. This would be a good payday and set up an even bigger fight against the more dangerous Mayweather. And hopefully for fans, a Hatton-Baldomir fight would not be ppv!

Hatton would lose a lot of face if he did everything to keep the WBA belt and turning down Mayweather, only to dump the belt if Baldomir comes knocking. I think Carlos takes Floyd in November.
Yeah... Look at Baldomir actually facing good opponents to get a name for himself... What a suprise. Judah, Gatti, undeated fighters on his resume. Margarito is facing.... Cosme Rivera.

Hatton will never fight Baldomir. He will not be able to push him around and will get cut all over his face. Watch, I'm willing to bet 10 bil that Hatton vs. Baldomir will not happen this year.
