And there’s a difference in a UK stoppage and someone being out on their feet. Washington vs Kownacki - the ref SHOULD have stopped it and should have gotten disciplined for letting Washington get his head taken off.

In this case time and time again Ruiz said he wants it in the US or Mexico. Your original comment makes it sound like Ruiz is looking for any location that is neutral for both parties. We know this isnt the case, hence my post.
