Yes Sample drawn is one but there is an A and a B sample hence why I said to samples dumbass. If Whyte demands that the B sample be tested and it comes out clean then there is strong reason to believe that he is innocent and that something happened to his A sample.

Actually you are deflecting and hoping for the hail mary with a chain of custody dispute. And you clearly don't understand the the way samples are made. Whatever is in A sample, is in B sample. If someone, say the blood drawer was going to spike the samples, since you know they have full access to it both samples. Would they only spike one sample? The phlebotomistis righter there yea?
