He said he didn't feel the need to notify Rivas because Whyte was cleared. But Whyte didn't get cleared into hours before the fight. So he could've informed Rivas and even had someone from Rivas camp be aware of the hearing

He's leaning on VADA because Whyte didn't fail a VADA test. But we don't know when he was tested by VADA or how many times

I've also been told that not all of VADA's tests have come back. And if it is true that they only did minimal testing, it is possible for Whyte to have passed them, depending on when he took them.

If he was “cleared”, why was none of this revealed or made public before the fight?
Surely Rivas team deserved to know they were fighting a guy with PED’s in his system.
