The fact that Team Rivas didn't know should tell you that VADA didn't know about Whyte's failed PED test.

My question is if UKAD caught Whyte what was VADA doing? Shouldn't they too have caught whyte of those same drugs?

Either way i hope he gets ran out of boxing, Hearn should show his face again especially for what he said previously about drug cheats and harming their opponents.

The least they could do was inform Team Rivas and work something out...SMDH!

Why would VADA inform the WBC that Whyte failed a different agency's test? He passed theirs.

Hearn in his interview made it sound like VADA were present or aware of the hearing with the National Anti-Doping Panel and they were satisfied Whyte was clean.

If that's not true then I stand to he corrected.

For all we know trace amounts of this substance were from a prescribed medication. We just don't know until we get the facts.

And that’s still a failed drug test. That’s why you disclose your medications. If that excuse didn’t work for Ortiz then it doesn’t work for Whyte.

For all those morons saying UK fans are blindly supporting Whyte, please read the above. I dont think you can get any more damning than this. Completely agree with the sentiment as well, good post

Even if Whyte was proven innocent with his B sample (looking very unlikely) i'm still personally disgusted that Rivas' team where not informed about the failed test, its not right, its not fair and given two boxers have recently lost their lives, there should be a priority to keep the fighters safe.

He failed a drug test. He’s been proven guilty you idiot.

But keep trying to make this about Wilder.

If I'm understanding correctly, VADA has no threshold for Dianabol. That means if Whyte had crazy low traces they'd still be adverse findings within VADA. Therefore, VADA and UKAD had different random dates.

We must wonder what Whyte meant when he told Hearn on the hot mic ''1 in a million''

was it cross contamination from something they least expected? Or did VADA and UKAD test on the same day... UKAD were the second incomers on the same day?

There's something weird about this. He's been tested throughout camp and nothing's been found, but he suddenly tests positive for dianobol just before the fight? One of the following two things is true:

                    - Whyte was taking dianobol throughout camp and the testing isn't reliable enough to catch it the majority of the time
                    - Something's been contaminated

The point is that you wouldn't start taking dianobol in fight week. There would be no sense in that at all.

No idea how it works. From what I’ve heard/read the 24/7/365 they can come test you whenever and you must let them know your whereabouts at all times, doesn’t mean they DO test you a lot though. They could have tested him once, but the fear of them just showing up unannounced to take your piss and blood at any time could be enough to keep people clean.

So maybe VADA and UKAD tested weeks apart? Who knows?
