I talked to Eddie Hearn. He says it is a well known fact that Whyte is suffering from Dianabol Metabolite transfer. It happened during sparring and that he for it from the sweat of his sparring partners who used it to enable them to go rounds with him.

That's just too much suspect activity by Eddie Hearn! I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my fighter to the UK, not because it's the UK, but because it Eddie Hearn in the UK!
I understand all of the Hearn stuff and I agree but I don’t trust Arum nor Haymon/Finkel neither. So all of those stuffs that you listed applies to Ruiz wherever he goes, he might as well get paid 5-7 times more than he would get with all his worries.

Whyte was cleared to fight by VADA, UKAD, and the BBBoC, who were the governing body in charge of the fight. Rivas would have had no contractual grounds for pulling out even if he'd wanted to.
Imo, UKAD and the BBBoC should change the way they react to issues after UKAD tests and make it part of their procedure to inform both sides if there is any problem at all, no matter how trivial they think it is.
But the fact is that as their rules stand now, they don't do that, and it isn't the promoter's job or responsibility to do it for them.
