The change of gloves didn't come until the night of the fight. Whyte's gloves were mistakenly given to another Tibbs fighter on the undercard. Rivas' corner were in the dressing room for the hand wrapping. They just didn't let them check the new gloves as they were already on. They just didn't want to waste any more time and kept to the schedule. They oversaw them to see everything was legit. No reason to think otherwise.

They changed the gloves because Whyte's had been given to another fighter by accident.

Care to prove they were tampered with or were 8 ounce? Or are you just going to convict without any evidence? Now that is disgusting. Maybe think before you type in future.

And that right THERE is the whole reason that the Rivas camp should have been allowed to inspect the new gloves. Glad you answered yourself there.

LOL yea that checks out. Its not like boxing cards don't have long gaps for no good reason between damn near every fight. I mean how crazy would it be to have a long gap for a safety reason.

That sh^t is such a pet peeve for me. If you watch MMA & Boxing the Boxing lag is so f#cking painful. In MMA mfers damn near passing each other as one guy is leaving the ring & the next guy is entering the ring. They run a tight f#cking ship in MMA.

What I don’t get is why they don’t just show us one of the untelevised fights from the undercard. Sure the fights might not be “high quality” but either is staring at RJJ’s big ass forehead for two hours.

It’s actually my favourite thing about the DAZN cards is all the fights are typically show .
