it was safer than it would've been had Canelo fought ggg back when ggg was his mandatory. Instead canelo waited almost 2 yrs and took 3 more lame fights to drag it out and wait for ggg to be 35/36. The fact that nobody else did that 155 weigh in shows you how lame Canelo was and how far he stooped to avoid ggg. Especially when you consider that his day of fight weight would be mid 170s. On top of that, he took PEDs to cut to that weight. Lmaoo. Notice how when canelo didn't have any fear of the opponent, weight wasn't an issue, just like with Chavez Jr and fielding. But for ggg, I need to grow into the 5 more pounds. For Chavez, he jumped almost 10 pounds and for fielding he jumped 8.
