The UK actually has mandatory testing for all boxers. The US does not. US fighters are free to use whatever they want, VADA is voluntary.

Btw, Whyte is enrolled in exactly the same WBC/CBP/VADA/356 program as Wilder is yet he got caught by UKAD, not WBC/CBP/VADA/356. That tells you how successful WBC's CBP program is. It's just on paper.
