lol, really? The metabolites are the evidence left behind from one substance, in this case dianabol. It's the sane for nandralone and the others. It doesn't mean they took multiple substances. Nandralone for instance, leaves 3 metabolites behind. Dbol has even more metabolites.

And before you get upity, I was responding to that poster who posted BS info saying Whyte was busted for two drugs before the actual real info was released that it was two metabolites of ONE dbol. When pointed out that he's incorrect at the time, he comes back saying he's vindicated lol.

      No, man...

The sanctioning bodies are the guys that hand out the belts... the WBC, WBA the IBF etc...

the governing bodies are the official arms of governance that regulate combat sports in the territory in which the fight is to take place. In the US that's your state athletic commissions or their variants under the umbrella of the ABC (Association of Boxing Commissions). in the UK it's the BBBoC in Germany the Bund Deutscher Berufsboxer, in France the Fédération Française de Boxe, etc..

I know folk tend to play fast and loose with the terminology sometimes but these two types of organisations play very different roles in the sport and it's worthwhile using the correct terms otherwise we could end up arguing in circles over a simple misunderstanding.

Am I 'down with it'? I've said I'm not - that the opposing fighter needs to be informed, but I've repeatedly pointed out to you that this isn't just the policy of the BBBoC and UKAD but of VADA too and if the various other instance of PED abuse in Germany and elsewhere I've run across are anything to go by, under other jurisdictions too, though I'd require further research to confirm this.

What I think you're perhaps not getting is that I'm not defending a state of affairs where a fight could go ahead whilst an investigation is underway, but I do fully understand how and why it happens (basically because it's a corrupt sport that puts the money to be made - and lost - ahead of the wellbeing of the fighters). Ultimately there does need to be some form of due process - which means that in a time period in between a failed test and a full investigation being carried out there's is a period of limbo in which the guilt of the fighter concerned is in doubt and this gives the room for fights to go ahead when a failed test falls relatively close to a fight date. Is it right? - to my mind, no - but this is boxing man, the most corrupt and most poorly overseen major sport in the world.

You start a twitter campaign, man, and I'll happily put my name to it... but just... well... maybe actually try to do your research first.

My gawd, the horse poop. Sanctioning or governing body, those are both defined as the group in control. In other words its the ****ing same difference. Seriously, what the heck is your deal? But oh, they only have to notify the promoter or some such nonsense? And you keep saying you think its bad yet you keep defending them. Seriously? Actually never mind, don't answer that, lol.

Sure thing, bud it was getting kinda tedious repeating myself over and over anyway.

Your problem is you're interpreting me trying to explain the failings in your argument as taking an opposing stance to you when that wasn't what I was doing at all. Merely pointing out that the problem is wider than just the BBBoC and UKAD - and trying to broaden your knowledge of boxing terminology of course.

The metabolites are banned substances too, I don't think you understand, that's two banned substances. It's entirely factual to report it as such because that's what was found. Uppity ha, that's a peach that one. Nice one trying to use double speak though, how Orwellian of you.

lol, ok there smart ass. One intake of NA leaves 3 metabolites. Does that mean he is guilty of 3 substances?

Again you are being a ****. That wasn't what was reported. What was reported was one substance or more, at that time.

The OP made this thread saying he was busted with two substances. I asked him early what substance. He could not answer that because he made it up, assuming there'd be two. It wasn't until later that the actual info was released that we now know. The point is, you can't go around saying stuff as fact when you guessed. WHAT the ****, why you even in this?

This thread was made well before the info was released, I'm impressed he even knew that they found two banned substances on the test, must've been a decent source. Stop nitpicking you absolute goon. You're a tool and you're being overly defensive because you're salty over this clearly. I'm a Whyte fan but I turned on that pr.ick the second I heard he popped. I know he has previous so this was always going to end badly. Why not just accept reality and move on now? No need to be mad over it.
