All Ruiz has to do is fake an injury to delay the fight and he can't be sued or stripped. There are loopholes here for him to end up getting what he wants or at the very least further delay the rematch.

He still will have to fight joshua next. Whether it’s this year or next year. Not sure what u think he gains by delaying it when no matter what his next fight is joshua in the uk.
