Eddie Hearn was informed his fighter had failed a test. Eddie Hearn didn't inform Rivas and his team. Because of the way the BBBoC is set up they weren't required to inform Rivas and the fight was allowed to continue. Switch Whyte's name FOR AJ and Rivas for Ruiz and that's why Ruiz doesn't want to go

All Ruiz has to do is fake an injury to delay the fight and he can't be sued or stripped. There are loopholes here for him to end up getting what he wants or at the very least further delay the rematch.

Yea I think so to, but that said its not a great idea to be publicly commenting on this if you are going that route. I'd be on the lowdown with my stance & plan to fake an injury if things go south.

That makes me think this is more a ploy to get Eddie to go to option 2 or 3 or w/e is the first US option.

And the thing is with this Whyte/UK commission situation Eddie doesn't got much of a defense with how sketchy sh^t is over there with this PED sh^t. At least in the US if you pop dirty the opponent knows about it & either the fight is getting canceled or the parties & commissions can decide its a w/e thing like has happened a couple times (Danny vs Morales being the first one that comes to mind).
