  • How convenient for Wilder.

I'm no longer surprised by these findings. I'm convinced Andy Ruiz jr was probably allowed a secret dispensation to train with selected and approved PED's by Eddie Hearn before he took the fight on roughly three weeks notice.

But what do I know? Other than question EVERYTHING. We can no longer be sure of any truth outside of our own range of motion.
Data or personalised data files mined by all the big companies have now surpassed OIL in terms of profits. $1 Trillion dollar industry.

Anyway, if Whyte gets done for Clenbuterol he'll get 6 months and a small fine. People have already forgiven and forgotten Canelo, and Miller too.

It's their job to decide if the fight goes ahead, and if what has been reported is true it will be their heads on the block, not Hearn's.

So far we have unnamed sources saying he failed a UKAD test 3 days before the fight and Hearn and Whyte were aware but not Rivas.

Hearn tweeted both fighters were tested by VADA and UKAD and cleared to fight by them as well as BBBoC.

How could both these things be true, would even a cannabis finding trigger UKAD protocols and stop the fight. If there was any failed test would UKAD be compelled to also notify VADA, I'm thinking maybe not but who knows, the WBC sanctioned the fight, would they be notified, again perhaps not.

I just can't believe the BBBoC or UKAD would allow the fight to happen if he had legit PEDs in his system, the liability would be outrageous, innocent until proven guilty is understandable, due process is required etc, but you don't allow anyone to fight after failing a test surely?
UKAD & BBBoC let Fury v Hammer go ahead, despite Fury having a known failed test before the fight, well, known to UKAD and BBBoc anyway. So it’s not like they have never done it before.

Also, BBBoC rules state that they cannot prevent a fight from going ahead until a full investigation has been completed.

So that makes things much clearer.

There many examples of UK fighters doing VADA advanced testing, not just the CBP VADA, before UK fights, while also being tested by UKAD.

Brook vs GGG. Fury vs Wlad ~ 2 . All of AJ's recent fights, at least from Parker onward, etc.

Bizarrely, UKAD themselves didn't seem to know that Fury had failed a test until 15 months after they performed it.

I still don’t fully understand the UKAD/Fury thing. But it’ll always be a black eye on UKAD.

                • this is literally why hearn wants joshya to rematch ruiz in the UK.

burn baby burn. if it's true, 2 year ban minimum. and FFS they need to stop making fights in england for anything more than regional british belts. drug testing over there is handled by an entity so inept they can't / won't even defend their findings and publish them.

Remember that Eric Molina failed a test with them and nobody knew about it until 2 years later..
