VADA wasn't handling the testing.

Both fighters were under the CPB I believe - all top 15 WBC ranked fighters are as are all elimination fights. VADA handles the CPB side, UKAD tests for all major fights under the jurisdiction of the BBBoC as a matter of course.

Further to reports I can confirm that both Dillian Whyte and Oscar Rivas were subject to extensive VADA and UKAD testing for their bout. Both fighters were cleared to fight by both bodies and the BBBofC

Do you have some sources saying he wasn't being tested by VADA or wasn't under the CPB or you just being argumentative?

Although Whyte is in the World Boxing Council Clean Boxing Program, which is administered by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA), the test in question was administered by UK Anti-Doping (UKAD).

I asked a simple question, not because I'm being an asshole but because I actually want to get at the truth, man, so I'll ask it again. Do you have some sources that show VADA was not handling the testing for this fight, and if so could you link me up?

EDIT: And I'm curious, man, just what agenda do you think I've got here? I don't like Hearn (or dislike him more than any other promoter) I'm not a fan of Dillian's... what I am in favour of is more stringent testing for the sport as a whole and if I have got an 'angle' then that is it.

Yea, Whyte has been under VADA one time. The CBP is run by the WBC, so you'd have to check with them how often he's tested for it to mean anything. What I see on this forum is ppl pointing to VADA and this CBP which is the WBC's program not VADA's. And as far as year round testing, its not accurate at all. Most of the guys on the WBC CBP do not get tested, so it's not like one can say, "hey he passed the VADA CBP" because that's all incorrect. The WBC uses VADA to do their testing, but the heart of the issue with the CBP is how often are guys getting test for it to mean anything positive. And ppl here are using the CBP as some proof of Whyte's cleanliness and UKAD is better or some such nonsense. My opinion on things...

But I lol'd when you linked Hearn's shady twit post saying the boxers were cleared when they CLEARLY were not given that UKAD had an adverse finding for Whyte and Hearn did nothing about it. They both was doing testing it was ukad that caught him though prob in between testing thinking vada/ukad wasn’t going test him that quick and took something that he thought would be out of his system fast.... Some ped’s can be up your system within 24hrs also could of been a recreational drug won’t know until b sample is tested or someone leaks what he failed for but wilder posted it was multiple ped’s he failed for don’t know how true that is

Check your link, it's not two substances, its one or more. This means they don't know. And more importantly no one knows what the substances are and that's the big ticket info that we are waiting on. UKAD is slow as **** when it comes to releasing info too.
