Technically thats what happens when theres fights without vada or no testing,pac is the most frequent fighter to fight without any testing whatsoever & oftentimes in other countries like china etc. He is the only modern fighter whos worshipped despite having the weakest testing resume of any modern fighter when it comes to zero testing for many fights & he ducked blood tests for many yrs too. Just saying

Not trying to defend the guy but Pac is enrolled with VADA program look it up.
