A little off topic but how in the world would Tyson Fury bankrupt UKAD, a government body?

Not even sure how he would have an actionable case as long as they followed their own policies, maybe they weren't and thats the issue, just find it odd the claims he would bankrupt UKAD, even if his awarded judgement was more than their budget the gov is paying one way or another.

UKAD admitted they broke their own rules by waiting 15 months before notifying Fury of a failed test. That's what they were worried about being sued for and why they made a deal with him to drop the other charge of refusing to be tested that they also brought against him.

Fury accepted a backdated ban for the nandrolone charge without his case being heard by the independent doping panel.

UKAD testing definitely does not exempt UK fighters from VADA. If VADA advanced is is being used prefight, UK fighters are subject to the exact same VADA protocol as their opponents. They also have to enroll for VADA 365 to be ranked by the WBC, the same as everybody else.

Tyson Fury was being tested by both UKAD and VADA for his rematch with Wlad. If he wasn't, how could he have been popped for ******* by a random VADA test?

BJS was also flagged by a VADA test while training in the UK for his fight with Andrade, which proves that what you are saying here is not true.

And btw, the reason UKAD were scared of being sued by Fury was that they admitted they broke their own rules by waiting 15 months before notifying him of a failed test.

They admitted they were scared of being sued, regardless of the semantics,& I posted 2 replies after I made that comment which showed I was wrong & vada was testing for this fight after all. But that doesn't change the fact that cbp is seperate from vada 365 as I've proven before & just did again in tho post I made showing vadas tweets that specify when a fighter is on cbp or vada 365(more stringent)

As for BJS he was only being tested by vada for the 1st time due to the fight taking place in the US,& it was his 1st vada fight.

Now here you have a fighter that has been recently reported of taking PED’s ( Performance Enhancements Drugs) In fact it was said he had over more than 1 substance in his body. 24/7/365 VADA program is far more rigorous than WBC Clean Boxing Program (which VADA also oversees).

Why blame VADA? like I stated earlier, if you were listening with that thick head, certain drugs can be out of your system in a very short period of time. It hasn't been announced what substance caused the fail. ******* ingested on a Saturday night can be out of your system in a few days! After last use, ******* or its metabolites typically can show up on a blood or saliva test for up to 2 days, a urine test for up to 3 days. And I am the dunce? You must have been dropped on your head as a child. No other reasonable explanation!
