Btw, the B-sample is the A-sample, ie they are the same sample split into two parts A and B. The only reason to demand to test the B-sample is if he's dis*****g that there was a break in the chain of custody, so yea it means nothing in terms of whether he's possibly innocent. The only claim he can make is that someone, ie. the phlebotomist you know messed up which you know doesn't happen. Last I read the WBC removed Whyte due to this.
