PEDS are way overrated. They don't improve a boxer that much. Nobody ever says what PEDS the boxer was on. They just say he cheated as if there was some PED that makes a boxer so much better. If Atlas knows Pac cheated then he should be able to tell us which drug improved Pac so much. He can't because there is no PED that can improve him that much.
