Good for Canelo fighting a tough guy who brings zero name recognition to the table to keep the IBF. This is a fight that doesn’t make sense to take so you have to give him props for taking it.

Yep GGG should fight Andrade and get a belt and earn the rematch with Canelo.
It’s simple.
But I don’t know why GGG won’t do it.
GGG should have been the A side in the first fight with Canelo as he had all the belts.Canelo fans disagree with this.
Second fight should have been a total 50/50 down the middle in negotiations and GGG should have told Canelo to **** off when that fishnet wearer was making demands.
GGG should have grown a pair.

Sissy-g won't fight Boo Boo cuz he & his team KNOW he can't beat Boo Boo.

On the surface, it's back to C-level opponents, to ride out the contract. BUT, as a fighter originally from Ukraine, Derevyanchenko has a very loose grasp of the rules, that could make this interesting . In the Jacobs fight, he freely punched off the break, back of the head, and various other illegal and just unsportsmanlike tactics.

I think it was one of the soft refs, like Smoger? He breaks it up, and Derevyanchenko got in a free punch to the face. Jacobs, shocked at this terrible sportsmanship, turns to the ref, like, did he just cheapshot me, off the break ? As Jacobs was distracted, Derevyanchenko pounced on him, in another questionable move. At this point, Jacobs has figured out what kind of fight this is gonna be, and what the ref is allowing .

Canelo won't be as forgiving as Jacobs, if Derevyanchenko throws the rulebook out of the ring...that could make this a slightly interesting fight. Derevyanchenko has no shot of winning of course.

I know. Got about halfway through the comments and realized it was just more GGG and Canelo bashing sessions. Derevyanchenko will put more effort into this fight than Jacobs did. It most likely will not be as great as the Trip G fights, but this is a good opponent for Alvarez. Not sure the debate.
