British fighters need to stop fighting in America

On June 1st, when Adam Booth said everything out here is bizarre and we're never coming back here again, I knew shii..tt is real.

After what happened to Tyson Fury, in the most corrupt country and PED capital of the world, why are British boxers still eager to go fight in that country? It's not like the money in the country is better since the average British boxer makes more money fighting at home than the average American boxer. The appeal isn't what it used to be. Judges are utterly corrupt. All American athletes and boxers are all on PEDs. Refs are shi..tt. And they have perfected all kinds of dirty tricks and gamesmanship with spiking of drinks and using toxic gas in boxers' dressing to fu..ck them up before fights.

Lennox Lewis was also robbed against Evander Holyfield. If American boxers can't leave their own country to fight outside, British boxers need to do the same. Cardiff on Dec. 14 where history would be made. Britannia!

You can’t say officiating in the USA is rubbish. The UK has some of the worst referees ever and the corruption knows no bounds. They can ring the bell when their fighter is losing then claim it was a mistake. That happened when Chisora was beating Haye, the round had to be cut and the same with Macarinelli. What about dodgy stoppages eg Joshua fighting Carlos Takam and do we even need to go to the scorecards?
Generally the USA is a better place because they don’t always favour the home fighter unlike the UK. Many foreign fighters have made a name for themselves in the USA which is generally harder in the UK. If you wanna be big and go global then you have to fight in the USA. Hatton, Calzaghe and many more made way more in the USA and Joshua would make much more if he cracks the USA. Problem with most Uk fighters is they are protected fighting bums at home and when time comes t go global they are found wanting. Joshua lost fair and square, nothing to do with officials.

You have to make it here otherwise you will be known as a British level boxer

It's the sad truth no one really knows who they're until they crack America as you lot say

So you're telling British boxers to go back where they came from?

The British have the most corrupt referees in the world. They are the capital of quick referee stoppages.

This is 2019 not 1975. The two biggest draw in boxing today aren't Americans.

Heck, the two biggest fights in history weren't even staged in America.

Cuz it near enough impossible to get them out of the States. These boys just dont ever want to travel. I suppose the market in America is the biggest market in the world statistically and historically but to be a foreigner to be truly taken in by American fight fans is a real tough thing to do.

But they want to fight them and they know they aint getting them off American turf, it does happen, but nowhere near as much as it could and sometimes should. So they go to America and sometimes they take another American fight 1st to get their names out there to build for the one they want.

But its risky, as far as im concerned there is not a country where the Boxing is more corrupt than America.
