There is a reason why Pacquiao was the betting favorite in the fight

I honestly won't be surprised if Thurman never fights again

This is my view too. I think Thurman was thrilled with his Pacquiao purse and is set for life now. He just doesn't seem as interested or passionate about boxing as other top fighters, like he has other passions outside of boxing and doesn't really need it in his life.

He's in his prime right now, the Thurman from last Saturday night is better than the one Lopez fought

That was a shut out for Thurman. Lopez probably only won the round that he hurt Thurman with a body shot. Keith was working him easily the previous rounds.

I think so. I think his prime got left in limbo as f#cked as that is. That 2 years off did him no favors. And the injury didn't help I imagine.

But yea we've seen the best of Keith & I don't think he reaches the #1 spot again. I'm not sure he can duplicate his Porter W.

Two years off, plus getting married at a point we're he's not doing bad probably weakened his drive. I think he fights a few more times and calls it a wrap, especially if he has kids.

No, but I think he took the wrong approach to training for this fight. Doing all that trendy new-age nonsense instead of sticking to boxing basics. I also feel he want as motivated or hungry lately. Got a taste of success and wants to pursue his hippy lifestyle.

                    He's 30. He's past it.

Manny is still prime at 40.

Days before the fight and seeing videos of him training and doing interviews his face looked ****** in. He looked like Roy Jones when he dropped all that weight to fight Tarver 1. I wonder if weight was an issue during camp. I mean he hit Manny with some hard shots and Manny just kept waving him in.
