I voted yes. Manny lost to Horn with VADA testing, beat Broner with VADA testing, beat Matthysse without VADA testing and beat Thurman with "VADA style" testing administered by NSAC and not VADA.

Let's just give Manny credit for winning and leave it at that.

You'd think Thurman did VADA testing all year coming into this fight and Pac did none if you just logged in Sunday for the first time.

Truth is they fought on an even playing field and PAC won close in a great fight.

Too many ignorant people on this forum.
Pac looked great early then faded like an older fighter does. He didn't find the fountain of youth Saturday night.

BoxingScene.com has learned that participants for the biggest boxing event of 2019 to date will be subject to testing standards limited to that provided by Nevada State Athletic Commission. Original plans to secure the services of Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency (VADA) were called off for reasons that haven’t yet been made clear—and too late in the game to rectify with just four weeks to go before fight night.

VADA representatives declined further comment beyond confirming that they are not involved in any aspect of the July 20 card. - Jake Donovan

Considering he seemed like a 40yr old fighter, no he was probably not on peds.

He faded in the second half of the fight. Like an old fighter would.

Its not like we're talking about an old man Marquez or old man Froch walking into the ring looking like body building ped user where its obviously.

                Yeah..

So it has turned to this. Pac is juicing because no 40 year should do that. Such a shame. You can tell how they can't give props to a fighter who worked hard for his craft. Shame on this ignorant fans. Pathetic.

People overlook Pacquiao's natural physicality. He has massive calves. H3ll his calves would be big on cruiserweights let alone on a featherweight dimensioned body. Pac has great legs and can keep doing what he's doing in his 40s because of that.
Side note: Steroids or not, you can't body build calves like that. It's genetics.

I also heard something before on here that stuck with me. Pac has the "cave man" genetics. I swear the guy is just built really heavy. Bone density and all. Similar to the Mongol genetics of Golovkin. He's very durable.
