Keith Thurman just gained a lot of boxing fans because of the way he fought last fight. Sometimes it's not just about losing, it's how you lose. Fans generally appreciate effort and the will to win. They knew he gave his best, fought with dignity, and did no fought cowardly.

Who knows he may even get the rematch and eventually get his belt back. Manny is just one fight away from father time. That was his one last great performance. IMO, if Manny doesn't retire with that perfect story book ending, his next one will be his undoing. His unending stamina which he is known for is no longer there. He now has a Canelo-like stamina where in middle rounds it would suddenly drop off, luckily the warrior that he is, he was able to will himself with it.

Manny's stamina is unquestionable. Keith just slowed him down with enough body shots so he could land his own power punches in the middle rounds.

Manny was moving way more with better footwork in the Broner fight cos Broner didn't even land anything to the body.

Idk man, I don't think so. He still landed a lot of beautiful shots and really pushed Manny to the brink. The knockdown and the body shot was the difference in the fight, outside of those moments it was nip and tuck for a lot of the fight.

If Manny retires after this fight Keith would be the #3 welter in the world imo behind Errol and Crawford

Totally agree. Keith unloaded the kitchen sink and handled the loss like a true pro. He gained fans in the loss, no question.

His value went up. He's tough and has been tested. Crawford or Spence have never fought anyone at the level of Pacquiao. People can't assume that because they have defeated Khan or a some B fighter they will automatically do the same to a Thurman or a Pacquiao. Thurman is perhaps #3, maybe #2 because Crawfords best win is against the Cuban Midget. Thurman beat Garcia, Crawford did not.

Manny faded. That was the last decent performance. He will shot by next spring. Time to go. The Lord will save you so many times.

LMAO, Povetkin testing positive twice & getting suspended is Wilder ducking him now?

And please, tell me when Wilder ducked Wlad?

He's a 40 year old who would be massacred by Errol Spence.

Pac's not an A-lister & hasn't been since Marquez knocked him out.

Floyd won 8 rounds against him, and Joe Horn won 5 against him.

You see how Joe Horn looked against Crawford?

There's a reason Bob Arum kept Manny far from Bud

He about to start feasting on bums like Danny does. Does he think we actually care about seeing rematches with Porter and Danny?

Wtf? Horn should have been dq'd, points taken away, and/or TKO'd in the 9th vs Manny. In the Crawford fight, he could have went the distance and was pissed that the ref stopped the fight in the 10th.

Manny is on a different level!
