Ruiz has to KO AJ (or at least mop the floor with him again) regardless where they fight, in UK or US... if Hearn can buy the ref and the judges in the UK, he can buy them in the US as well... (don't forget that AJ wanted the rematch at MSG...)

The A side is whoever is generating the money and had control over the initial set up with contract stipulations and terms. Ruiz just cant void a contract he agreed to because he won . Why is it there are so many ****** people on here who by coincidence are Wilder fans ? I understand words like Breach / Clauses /Terms / binding and even words like Infracture was brought up with other legal definitiions on this thread which are to grown up for the Wilderettes but its getting really dumb. WTF??? Where do you pull this from? If the rematch clause is triggered (it was), his next fight is Joshua, for the amount specified in the contract at the location decided on by Joshua. Why on earth would that that be just voided after 12 months? This isn't your 12 month mobile phone contract or a yearly dazn subscription, what on earth are you talking about?

Again, Ruiz will fight Joshua or be sued and stopped from fighting anyone else, his belts will be stripped by the bodies as they sanctioned the original fight with the rematch contract.

I also saw a recent interview where he pretty much said he didnt think AJ would win.. that he should probably take an Interim fight but Eddie is SO damn scared to lose control and lose his cash cow that HE'S willing to take the gamble, no matter how much he puts it on AJ, he's just saving face if things go wrong.

He's ******** with Joshua's career out of sheer fear. But I'd honestly build AJ bacc up if it was up to me... get his confidence going and bank so good winnable fights.. DAVID PRICE JUST WON A FIGHT, and looked decent doing it. I'd feed him to AJ in a heart beat, then give him someone tougher but winnable like Whyte.. FFS, Eddie is going all in on this rematch.

AJ might have to stay busy fighting decent opposition for a couple of years if he turns down rematch which is probably as big a risk as the rematch.

Well let's first start by saying I NEVER said he should breach the contract if it was signed. I had an ENTIRELY different point. Mine is quite simple.

I merely asked AJ fans how does AJ just keep being the A Side? Before it was because he had all the belts and he was undefeated but now that he got spanked like a teenage girl at R. Kelly's house you are saying it is because he brings in the most money.

The funny thing is you guys say he will ALWAYS bring in the most money so at what point does he have to sign a FAIR CONTRACT or is it supposed to have the advantage EVERY FIGHT?

If so then why aren't you screaming Bloody Murder about it because believe Me if Wilder wanted every fight in Alabama you guys would split a gut.
