Andy obviously has no problem with planes because he traveled to fight Parker. He obviously has no problem with signed contracts because he signed one before he whooped AJ.
No amount of trash talk can rewrite history. It's on video...no fluke, no lucky punch, no injury, just a good ole American azz whoopin.Comment

Both sides are careful with their language. Ruiz has the belts and the belts are his leverage regardless of the contract language which Hearn has been careful to not proclaim dictates that he gets to choose the location. AJ can still choose to fight at MSG...or he can choose to not fight the rematch.

Not saying that they never happen in the US, just that the UK has a reputation that's worse in that regard. At least in my opinion. If I was him I wouldn't want that as a possible factor either, a knockout is never a guarantee.Comment

Ruiz can fulfill his rematch clause in the contract he signed, earn a career high payday against the guy he just beat or he can breach the contract and get sued/stopped from fighting/possible have to pay millions in damages. There is just no mystery here.
How can you not understand this? Are you just arguing trying to save face at this point?Comment

Legals costs? Thats not the concern, its the court injuction preventing him from fighting and the governing bodies stripping him of the belts.
Honestly I wonder if people think these things through before they comment. "He's the champ, he decides and calls the shots", if that was the case why on earth would anyone sign a rematch clause, it would be worth nothing.
Seriously, does anyone think a rematch clause doesn't specify timeframe, split/fee & who decides location?
Ruiz / his authorized agents signed the contract before the fight, time for negotiations is before signing, did they specify rematch to be in the US or they choose location, no, case closed.
Now the rematch might be in the US if Joshua wants it there, but it will be their call.
Eddie would want to control Ruiz and those belts, Ruiz don't have a promoter. So Eddie is offering more money on a long term basis if Ruiz win again.
Although I do believe Joshua should win again, but some boxers fear what they don't know. Ruiz have all the confidence is the world and no fear of Joshua... It's nothing that Joshua can learn in 5 months that will help him defend a counter from someone who's shorter and quicker. He beat A J the first time not just a situation where he caught him with a lucky shot.Comment

Strange
I can't wait for the rematch, if A-Side Andy honors his contract that is. F@gs tend to be dishonorableComment
