Breaching the rematch clause, which specifies Hearn/Joshua decide location obviously breaches the original contract, so they get sued for the original $7m payment, plus loss of future income for Joshua. If Ruiz tries to fight someone else they sue for an injuction to prevent any fights until the breach is rectified. It would be a legal nightmare that would do Ruiz no good as he would be clearly in the wrong.

According to Eddie Hearn in this article, the rematch clause states that Joshua chooses the venue in the rematch. In due time we'll find out if this is true or not.
