What reason would Andy have for backing out on the signed contract ???

Im not suggesting he will , but he says he doesnt want to come to to the UK to fight and Hearn is talking about sueing him so what happens to the belts if he does refuse ?

On what grounds will A-Side Andy have though ?!?!?!?

''Don't want to....'' is not a legal reason.

            Up for grabs.

Andy is proven to be a coward who got lucky and knows it.

Breaching the rematch clause, which specifies Hearn/Joshua decide location obviously breaches the original contract, so they get sued for the original $7m payment, plus loss of future income for Joshua. If Ruiz tries to fight someone else they sue for an injuction to prevent any fights until the breach is rectified. It would be a legal nightmare that would do Ruiz no good as he would be clearly in the wrong.
So if the contract says Matchroom determines location, why haven't they determined it yet. Why does Hearn continue to say MSG is an option? Further, if there was a breach of contract, Hearn can only sue for lost revenue from the rematch.

Ruiz isn't talking like a guy contractually obligated to do whatever Hearn wants. He is talking like a guy who knows his negotiating position.

                  Don’t believe promoters.

That's why I typed in my comments - "In due time we'll find out if this is true or not."

It may be true or it may not be true but we'll find out soon enough.

He can fake a nervous breakdown. That helped Fury.

Why would the belts be up for grabs?
