Respect to Thurman for accepting defeat. I've always liked Keith but he talked so much crap before the fight. He'll be back.

Was never a fan of Keith. Never minded his trash talk, but just don't rate him highly as a fighter. Losing to a 40 year old Manny, even if it was close, tells me Keith is a good, respectable fighter who wouldve lost to Manny, Floyd, Mosley, Cotto, DLH, Bradley, Margarito, and any other WW worth their weight.

That's not to say Keith is a bad fighter, but hes very ordinary. Most fans cant say it because Keith is a champion by today's standards, but WW is watered down right now and has been for five years or so. Only Crawford and Spence (of this era) compete with the WWs of the past

        So where does he go?
The winner of Spence-Porter is probably gonna want Pacquiao. Danny Garcia probably wants Pacquiao.
In an ideal world...I think Keith should fight the loser of Spence vs Porter next, which most people believe will be Porter, so a rematch between Thurman and Porter is not bad. The winner of Spence vs Porter should fight Pacquaio then the winner of that fight needs to fight Crawford for all the marbles.

Keef's style will still give most fighters problems, maybe now Crawford will want his scalp?

instead of running a 10 wk camp where Keith just talks sht about what he's gna do maybe he should have trained...Instead of looking relaxed like a pampered poodle like Spence ringside. Weak new era of fighters rather look like migos

Thurman talks about his ring iq he couldn't stop Pacquiao lunging in with his chin up in the air.Mayweather and Marquez were able solve that.

Very wise words from KT, who i truly don't think gets enough credit for his actual intelligence due to the way he speaks and his slight lisp. He's a sharp guy and not just boxing-wise. Its obvious if you look below the faintest surface. Respect

And there is no shame losing to a legend regardless of his age, especially having the 1st loss to PAC.
Perfect post. Everything that needed to be said right there. Well done

He was closing the gap on my card - he was starting to look quite methodical in how he was walking toward Pac and landing some nice body shots and getting off combos...but Manny knows what to do win rounds so he never let it go on too long. Still, Thurman was building up some momentum I thought and then Pac landing that body shot. Hellacious body shot that he was also throwing in the Broner fight
