That's why the talks are currently being stalled and delayed.
I don’t understand why people feel the need to deflect with ‘oh it’s obvious you aren’t as good as I wish to portray myself as’. Just stop with that, it’s cringeworthy. You have no idea what I have studied or what I haven’t.

Unless you have seen the actual contract, let’s do away with the pseudo facts. What is known, is that the vast majority of rematch clauses stipulate who would be the lead promoter, and the financial split. Of course the venue is negotiable, but Hearn as the lead promoter has the ultimate say. The new tactic for the legal ‘underdog’, I.e Ruiz here, is to threaten retirement and relinquish the titles

        It is curious.
Hearn will be negotiating with different venues and weighing up the benefits etc. It’s not as if Hearn pre-booked Cardiff, as he wasn’t expected to lose in the US

I saw the interview that quote came from. I don't need to read crap about it in the Sun.

Is Deontay Wilder writing contracts for Matchroom now?

Pretty sure AJ was going to fight in the winter or fall regardless, almost certainly in the UK.

But that doesn’t mean he would pre-book, of course.

Still, Cardiff knows he’s coming there. Doesn’t have a lot of other options unless he wants the fighters wearing parkas or he wants a smaller arena like O2.

This is Hearn saying, I don't have 50 mil. He's begging to get outbid. Hearn is a schemer from way back. He'll get his titles back on the cheap if he can.

I don't believe Ruiz would ever have gotten the first fight w.o. agreeing to venue of possible rematch.
Gonna be jobbed by ref and robbed by judges if in UK.

Hearn is a smart guy. Do you not think he has a cast iron contract??It will be in Cardiff in December.

Now where is my crack pipe!!!

Contracts don't contain exact date and venues when they are made usually in the event the favorite loses it then rearranges plans that the A side has which is why stipulations of who gets control is verified in the first contract. If you are saying Ruiz makes the decision you must be a Wilder fan bc they know little about much.... lol
