Thurman's done more at 147 than any active fighter not named Manny Pacquiao. Spence's best win was against a weight drained Brook, who got his face punched in by GGG. Crawford's best win was against a bum, who got a gift decision against Pac. Porter lost to Thurman, and Garcia lost to both Thurman and Porter. Sure, Thurman looked like shit against Lopez and lost to Pac, but that doesn't detract from his achievements at 147.

For a guy who started the decade at the age of 31 (and already had 15 years of pro fights under his belt) he's accomplished a lot more than most of the young fighters who spent most of the decade in their prime: like Adrien Broner who started the decade at 20, and ended the decade losing to a 40 year old Pacquiao.
