His 'Regular' title at 168 against Fielding is a joke compared to Pacquiao's win over Thurman.
Canelo’s only loss is to Floyd at a catchweight. PAC lost to Morales and literally said socks were the problem, let alone that PAC been knocked out before plenty of times.

But this decade should've been Canelo's prime decade, and he's had too many close calls, catchweights, and hand picked opponents.

Manny was 31 when this decade started, and he fought all but one of his fights at Welterweight (his 7th weight division). No one else besides Manny has ever won a title at a 7th division, and Manny has been fighting exclusively at his 7th division and above for the entire decade, from age 31 to 40.

The one fight that wasn't at Welterweight was his Junior Middleweight title fight against Margarito (his 8th division title). Even though that was at a catchweight, it was still more impressive than Canelo's catchweight fight against Chavez at 164 or his 'Regular' title win against Fielding at 168.

The BWAA know a lot of things behind the scenes before VADA even came around. You guys have no idea of the magnitude for when Hauser says he think PAC was on the juice. Hauser’s sole purpose was to make PAC a hero for HBO and Arum. When Floyd beat him and he left Arum you best believe all that went away.

Fighter Of The Decade is a BWAA award.. the fact that people don’t know that Hauser is like the Don of that organization come off as naive when taking about the “Fighter of the Decade Award.” That probably only existed for the sake of HBO as well

As long as Broner is still active, NO ONE will win FOTD.

Well unlike Pacquiao, Canelo got an official suspension for being on the juice, so that should hurt his chances, especially because he was caught between his GGG fights.

If Kovalev beats Yarde, then Canelo beats Kovalev before the end of 2019 (without a catchweight or rehydration clause), then I'll give it to Canelo.

In this decade, Pac faced 3 real opponents who stood a chance -
May (UD L), JMM (1-1) and Keith (SD W)

Excluding the blatant robberies (Tim B 1 and Horn), Pac is 12-2-1 (or some shlt); ONE KO

                FOTD ?!?!?!?

What makes the Broner being the Fighter of the Decade joke even funnier is that a 29 year old Broner lost to a 40 year old Pacquiao (the Fighter of the Decade of the 2000s). Also, based on how Broner looked at the Pacquiao-Broner fight, he's not fighting again this year.
