As a Mayweather fan I have to say it.

    Yes he did.

Canelo was in all the p4p lists and had made about 6 defences of his title. So lets not act like he was some novice.

Thurman was out of the ring two years before nearly getting stopped by Lopez and in nobodies p4p list.

Anyway i think it was a great win for Manny, but my point is that these things can be spun to suit anyones agenda.

Either way you look at it, Floyd and Manny were still beating very good fighters at an age when most guys are shot. I think both of them are a cut above todays younger talent. Let’s not forget, Manny is proving he still has quite a bit left and Floyd beat him 4 years ago

Everyone can argue valid points about who had the greater career but Floyd proved he could beat Manny head to head when they fought and that can’t be ignored either.

Being entirely objective, Pac has out ranked Mayweather for a decade. He has wins over Morales, Marquez, Barrera, along with Oscar, Hatton and Cotto in that time. Let us not forget Mayweathers best wins by 09 were Oscar, Judah and....well nothing to match the Mexican trinity.

After that he eventually beat Pac and h2h is ahead but careers and rankings are not defined in that way.

You floydiots call out floyd to unretire and fight one of this new generations fighters.

Instead of piggybacking on any of pacs great wins. Call him to unretire and fight this thurman..

Simply you cant coz he wont given he wont have any advantage anymore

Even Mayweather know Pacquiao ranks above him.

Floyd has always been a fan of Pacquiao and respects his accomplishments

Pacquiao got so many records in boxing now.

I was hoping Thurman ko’d Manny because I am not a Manny fan. It has nothing to do with manny surpassing Floyd.

Look you already tried to gerrymander manny’s career into being great except when he fought Floyd. That is utterly pathetic.

This win illustrates that Manny is a great fighter. We all knew that.

This also makes his fans like you that have tried to erase the Floyd right or the Horn loss look like ridiculous slurping pole riders. Stop trying to make everything manny does about Floyd. It’s boring.

Manny has had a great career. He has had some great wins and some tough losses. He’s properly positioned on the ATG list of fighters as somewhere in the top 30 but well behind Floyd on every credible list.

However, according to you he is nothing but a past prime flyweight with no kos so maybe this win is meaningless.

See what happens when you do dumb f@ggoty crap like trying to minimize manny just because Floyd beat him?
When he has a great win your idiotic opinion comes back to bite you in the add.

Now go slither back under your rock and just enjoy the win without attaching floyd to it.
