Freddy & Buboy (spelling?) did Manny a disservice tonight. Everyone knows Thurman’s kryptonite is his body. They let Thurman catch a second wind and Manny ate some BIG right hands late that he might not have if he’d invested more to the body early in the fight.

I’m glad that manny won. But from the looks of these comments like gassing out, not throwing enough punches, getting dominated in a round, etc. Manny needs to retire already. From the looks of it, he cannot hang out with guys like Spence and Crawford. Spence would have been interesting for me but not this version of Pacman in am reading. He’d get brutalized by Spence when he starts gassing. Don’t like to see that

I guess it’s pretty common sense now that those guys will beat him given their advantages over manny at this point. I don’t get why people still debate that. If thurman was great enough this could have been his night... but manny kept proving people wrong at 40. The surprise element is manny’s not from those guys, who in paper should win.

I hope he retires after this fight, or Khan will be the only acceptable option healthwise.

Mayweather like was suggested, has to come back and show how it's done. The Porters,Thurmans, and Garcias of the world can't do it,but if Mayweather wants some love,come do a 40s fight with Pacquaio.

It would make some $$$ for sure. Floyd won't do it again. Many looking good makes him look great.

Thurman talked too much before the fight. Just like Allen. Manny has become a legend long before this fight and for years he's got nothing to prove. What he did today...you need to be a real pinhead to have doubts about Manny.

Please do ALL boxing fans a public service and get rid of Amir “CON.” Just give him the fight and put him the sleep again one final time. Pac showed his age after the first half. At his peak, he could have easily knocked out Thurman in the first 6 rounds. He's just so fast and sneaky.

Thurman showed great heart. He fought with all he has left.

It's time for Pac to retire. He's not going to win over Porter or Spence. In fact, he may have suffered some irreparable damage today.

Exactly. Goosen was just terrible, like he always is. Saying what Thurman wasn't doing and in between his words Thurman landed 3 big right hands or jabs.

I like Goosen as a color commentator, but his in fight scoring is off. Its as if he had a double standard for KT to get a round in his book.

Thurman spoke that trash all throughout the build up of how Pac is old and slow. I said Thurman can’t talk cause he is too inactive even though he’s younger.

I mentioned it before, Thurman’s long layoffs and injuries made him 50-50 with Pac. It evened it out the playing field. And on an even playing field, Pac won.

I’m so glad Pacquaio won. After his Marquez and Mayweather losses, Pac got disrespected and written off alot, so i’m happy at the age of 40, Manny was able to add something to his already HOF legacy. He truly is a freak of nature. Also, this just shows how high level Pac and Mayweather were in the last era. I don’t want them to fight but those guys in their prime thoroughly wreck all the welterweight’s careers of this generation. Only spence and crawford give that aura of a future all time greats. Keith Thurman, while a great fighter of today’s standards, is only a B+ talent. So ecstatic over Mannys win but i just want him to retire. He’s given so much to the sport and today felt like the swan song of Manny Pacquiao and honestly I think that’s the very last greatness he has in him.
