Tell your paper champion to come outside and play. No more ducking and dodging!!
We're going to find him when he comes to the UK at the end of the month. He better stay away from London, if not, we're going to find him at whatever club he's hosting at Docklands. We want all the smoke!
I bet the WBC mandates Wilder vs Whyte to happen before the Fury fight.
Only way to meet the May 2020 deadline.
And Wilder destroys Whyte in tremendous fashion.
Wilder would decapitate the chinless Dillian Whyte who doesn't appear to take a punch all that well. He was dropped and damn near stopped by both Joseph Parker and Oscar Rivas who are not even considered big punchers.
Wilder got dropped by Sconiers, and wobbled by Molina, Fury and Duhuapas. He was out on his feet against Ortiz and ref saved him. And all these guys are pillowfisted.
Rivas would have stopped Whyte had it not been for the referee. He was dropped to the canvas hard with an uppercut by Oscar Rivas in that 9th round but Rivas lacked both the energy and stamina to finish him off.
Wilder would decapitate the chinless Dillian Whyte who doesn't appear to take a punch all that well. He was dropped and damn near stopped twice by both Joseph Parker and Oscar Rivas who aren't even punchers.
It's a 50-50 fight I think. Whyte was slipping and ducking a lot of hayemaker style right hands from the fast-paced Rivas tonight so I can imagine he'll be able to do the same with the slightly slower Wilder who'll be throwing from a higher angle which means Whyte doesn't have to even duck as low to avoid that Wilder right. Whyte's jab is as good, if not better than Wilder's, but Wilder's footwork and movement is much more fluid and he might be able to close the range on Whyte when he's not expecting it, like he did with Breazeale. WBC should order this match up asap, it should be one hell of a great fight.
