I grew up in a working class area myself and when I was at that age during those times when London was very rough (it was actually worse than it's now), I was also very hyped and violent back then. And you've to be for survival. It's also the reason why I joined the military and boxed for a bit for discipline. I'm older now and I'm a different guy entirely

If you act the same way you acted when you're 18-21, in your late 20s, you need to kill yourself. You just have to embrace maturity and being decent. And that's what experiences in life teach. Then again most Americans never grow hence you see old Americans in their 40s and 50s all dressed up like teenagers and 38-yr old men still trying to be rappers like overgrown babies.

Grow the fu..ck up and start acting your age.
I’m from a place 10 times rougher than Hertfordshire. AJ chose to go down that path, no one forced him. Nearly 90% of the people on my estate sold class A’s, took class A’s or did both. I’ve seen family members go to prison, overdose the lot. I grew up in that environment but I never got involved in that sh**. Instead I worked my a**e off and studied to become a qualified professional. Joshua on the other hand, CHOSE to be a “violent”, driving round in a Mercedes selling drugs to kids. And now he wants to be a role model to kids and tell everyone to “Stay Humble”. It’s hypocrisy.

I’m not even gonna hold AJ’s mistakes against him but GTFOH... with that it was about “survival” BS! He CHOSE to do what he did.

Not exactly the poster boy for smarts the OP is proof of that too ,and they wonder why they get run over daily on the forum....just today I had one this fool #PanAfricanist crying like a biatch bc I posted a fact about Wilder.

That tends to get them over heated bc they don't know how to deal with them, I even had one dope ask me how many title defenses Joshua had bc he couldn't count past 5 the other day.

Me to mate....I grew up in Pompey which is one of the toughest cities in England ...a council estate and from the age of 17 to 24 i was either coming home at 6 in the morning fighting with someone blood on my new shirt or I I ****ed a girl that was my two options on the Saturday night...affray , gang fights , ABH, pub crawls and fights.....it was all I knew and yeah I boxed which taught me respect and became quite a good amateur and could have turned pro.....boxing taught me how to take care of myself and also an aura of confidence
If I carried on being the jack the lad i would have been hurt or ****** up sooner or later.
We all grow up and if Joshua is now a better person for it then that’s enough

This cu.nt from the country in far away Yorkshire says he’s from a place tougher than Watford. I bet you don’t know a lot of black people that moved there are originally from Harlesden and Stonebridge, the two roughest places in North West and places that have traditionally been amongst the highest gun crime rate and violent crimes in London since the 80s.

And Josh moved to North West London when he was 17 from Watford and that’s the age you get easily influenced by peer pressure. Or how do you think he knows guys like Rimzee who just got out of prison for shooting at Police after 7 years?

Anyway, that’s beside the point because he turned his life around and became a different person after almost jeopardising his career. A lot of you wouldn’t understand that because you have never lived a day in his shoes. You wouldn’t know how being what you want him to be almost cost him a chance to be who he’s today. The guy was on bail and was out of prison for less than 3wks before the world championship where he won a silver medal and he had a tag on his legs leading to the Olympics. He also got kicked out of the Olympics team due to how he used to act and was only reinstated because he was one of the two medal hopefuls in boxing. So you expect a guy who almost blew that many chances to act like the thug you want to see and lose everything?

Stick to embracing obnoxious fake thugs who isn’t on piss like Wilder and the idiotic loud mouthed m0ron like Fury. Josh knows what’s at stake and he can’t blow it. So he’ll continue to show the proper etiquette, growth and maturity no matter how hard you pray for his downfall.

                Thanks, mate.

I’m from one of the roughest parts of London and I grew up around all kinds of gangs bs with a lot of childhood friends who are now dead, doing life in prison and are drug addicts (back then lacing weed with crack ******* was fashionable and some ended up as nittys). I saw so many crazy things growing up and not too many people were able to escape. I’m one of those who escaped it and it’s basically because I’m lucky (there were a few near misses).

So if you’re able to manage to escape all that madness, why wouldn’t want to evolve and lead a normal life? Why do some people always want to be stuck in the old and continue gratifying being thugs? I’ll never understand certain people and it seems they think being the loudest and the most obnoxious in the room is what gains their respect. I hate it when you’re a decent and upstanding human being.

-I’m not from Yorkshire, I’m from Toxteth.

-AJ isn’t from Harlesden or Stonebridge. So that’s completely irrelevant you spastic.

-He was born in Hertfordshire then moved to Garston, that isn’t a rough area.

-Why would anyone need to pray for his downfall? Did you see what happened in his last fight?

-“He was pressured into it doe”
                    -“He knows Rimzee doe”😂😂

-Get a life you sad little c***

-Is you’re favourite song Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond?
