As much as I like Winky, and respect what he has done... he isn't #1. You can't draw your last fight and be #1 p4p unless you make the opponent he drew with also #1. Even prior to that, he had good opponents but not very good. Mosley was game but out of his prime, and Tito was out of his prime and weight class.
