Canelo fought twice on DAZN and they still lost money.
No one wants to see Canelo fight unless it's against GGG... anyone else is a flop for DAZN!

But to fight that good of a fight and still have the guy coming forward and actually seeming to get stronger plays on your mind a bit. All Golovkin has to do is throw more body shots and not give a **** what's coming back because he'll get countered anyway.

“Mexican Style”.
AKA, Senor_frogs is 100% correct.....
it happened in BOTH fights..... it also happened to Chavez when he fought Canelo..... and it also happened to Golovkin when he fought Jacobs
Originally posted by AKAcronym View PostI've said for years that guys can't take a sustained body attack from Golovkin. If he threw the body shots he used to, I do think they would break Saul down.
correct, you simply cannot absorb that kind of punishment
you have to avoid it
THAT, is why Golovkin has been (justifiably) widely-criticized for YEARS for his timid selection policy
- " available "..... CHECK, sign here..... FAST
- mover/spoiler..... NO CHANCE..... never fought one, EVER
I got Abel Sanchez on video from YEARS back, admitting that Golovkin is not the same fighter unless his opponent stands right in front of him..... which is boxing101.....
THAT, is why we heard all of that "fight like a Mexican" talk..... they wanted a static opponent
THAT, is why Golovkin bizarrely selected Vanes in May..... rather than fight Saunders for his WBO "dream" in June
boxing is all about match-making, and match-making is all about styles..... those guys know the game inside out..... but, so do insiders

You didn’t answer *****t cause you know it’s true. 2- how did they loose money? 3- more people will tune in to see Nelo fight than they will to see Lovkin fight another bum. Hence the difference in contracts. And everyone and their mother calling him out. So next time bring some facts to the table. And not your Butthurt opinion and wishful thinking if you want to debate. Till then try not being such a Fanboi
